Job Summary

Broward Health Coral Springs is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for procedures
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • One year of recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech
  • Ability to scrub and circulate
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Cerner experience preferred
Work Schedule
  • 4x10hr Days; 7a-530p
  • On call is required and includes a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Additional Requirements
  • Government issued photo ID required
