**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Partner Manager to join our team at Amazon Japan. As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in supporting new sellers and accelerating their revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and engage with new sellers who are interested in selling on Amazon, and provide them with various programs (Fulfillment by Amazon, Sponsored Products, Sales, etc.) to help them grow their business.
• Work closely with leaders in Japan and globally to drive business growth and improve seller performance.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify growth drivers or issues, and take action based on opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve seller performance, including education and training programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing Managers and Product Managers, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Manage a portfolio of sellers, prioritizing and balancing multiple competing priorities.

**Requirements**

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and objectives.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics, and develop actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in an international team.
• Experience improving and simplifying existing processes.
• Experience with email marketing or project management.
• Understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
