What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate care to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse
  • A valid RN license in the state of CA
  • Valid CPR certification (preferred)
