  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic math skills.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
