About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Technologist to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Vascular Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing non-invasive peripheral vascular testing, working closely with our interpreting vascular physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all phases of non-invasive peripheral vascular testing, including ultrasound imaging, treadmill testing, and segmental limb pressure and pulse volume recordings.
  • Operate all vascular equipment, including ultrasound imagers, and ensure proper identification of films.
  • Correlate studies with other modalities and evaluate studies for technical quality.
  • Provide excellent patient care, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the testing process.
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance Program, assisting with the development and updating of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved program in ultrasound or other allied health profession.
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
