As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within a Sam's Club location. This unique opportunity allows you to take a leading role in patient care, focusing on eye and vision health, as well as general well-being.

• Establish your own days of practice and hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam and professional fees

You can opt into equipment and instrumentation, as well as administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services, for a fair market value.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license

Additional qualifications may apply, depending on your location and the specific lease agreement.
