Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients in the Acute Care Telemetry Unit to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide professional nursing care, exercising independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, psychological, educational, and safety needs.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- At least six months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
