About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide top-notch care to patients with chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care throughout the patient assessment, initiation, and discontinuation of treatment, as well as monitor and assess patients during and after treatment.
  • You will assess and monitor patient access, intervening as necessary, and follow the clinic's infection control policies and procedures.
  • With a strong understanding of water treatment and its effects on patient care, you will communicate effectively with the charge nurse to keep them aware of any changes in patient condition.
  • You will also administer and educate patients regarding medications within the scope of your practice, and attend required training and staff meetings to maintain and expand your skills.
