Job Title: Travel Nurse RN PACU

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) role.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic PACU environment. As a travel nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a PACU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PACU or similar setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
