Job Description

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various physical and cognitive disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.

Requirements
  • Current active state license in Occupational Therapy.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with normal urgency.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
