Job Summary:
The Nurse Expeditionist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a Med Surg setting. This role requires a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Michigan
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Med Surg experience with a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing principles
What We Offer:
Aureus Medical Group - Nursing provides a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated weekly payment of ~$2052.00, with ~$720.00-$864.00 in weekly taxable income. The hourly rate is ~$20.00-$24.00, based on a 12-hour shift. Additionally, you will receive a tax-free stipend, the amount of which will be determined based on your eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments.
