Job Summary

As a Traveling Registered Nurse with Solutions by Sanford, you will provide individualized nursing care to residents in long-term care settings. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
  • Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and nursing interventions
  • May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to assistive personnel
  • Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
Qualifications
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
  • Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
  • Obtain and maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
