Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Abar Technology Group Corp. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage our online appointment book and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including opening and closing files, retrieving files, and maintaining inventory.
  • Enter data into our computer system for relevant programs and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate office equipment, including copiers, and maintain a sufficient supply of forms for staff use.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as per company protocol.
  • Process requests for services as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
