SilverTech is seeking a highly skilled Department Manager of Wastewater Treatment to join our team in Wiesbaden.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 80 employees, overseeing the safe and cost-effective operation of wastewater facilities, and ensuring the successful completion of construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in the field of wastewater treatment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in urban water management, environmental engineering, process engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience in operating and maintaining large wastewater treatment plants
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
