Healthcare Provider Specialist

Embassy Homecare Services Llc is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Healthcare Provider Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing patient care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing practices and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects
  • Document changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and provide feedback to the team

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
  • TB Test required
  • Indiana state police background check

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
