We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neurovascular team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver world-class healthcare.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with neurological disorders and injuries.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
