Key responsibilities include building relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, identifying new employers and developing relationships with them, sharing insights on top employment options and employers in the assigned industry coverage space with leadership at Carey, and networking with alumni and other sources within the assigned area to strengthen and broaden relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals and groups, prepare and deliver presentations, and utilize technology to reach and connect with target audiences. A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, experience in career services, human resources, and/or recruiting, and a Master's Degree in Human Resources, business-related field, or MBA are essential.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other internal stakeholders to drive career development and placement initiatives, participate in graduate employment survey efforts, and represent Carey at regional and national functions.
