Endoscopy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Ascension Borgess Woodbridge Hills in Portage, MI. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting endoscopic procedures by preparing equipment, managing specimens, and ensuring patient safety.

• Prepare patients for procedures by reviewing medical history, positioning patients, and cleaning/shaving/testing sites as necessary.
• Interpret, describe, and report test results, recognizing recording errors and artifacts.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, promptly reporting any abnormal findings.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies, and lab areas.

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

• 1-2 years of experience as an Endoscopy Technician.
• Ability to multitask, flexibility, and adaptability.
