We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Middlesex Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of breast imaging procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

  • Provide a safe environment for patients, coworkers, and medical staff at all times.
  • Practice safety awareness when identifying patients throughout all breast imaging and procedures.
  • Gain patient cooperation by reducing anxieties; providing explanations of imaging procedures; explaining equipment; answering questions.
  • Deliver high-caliber breast imaging by following established protocols and procedures; determining necessary adjustments for optimum results; retaking images as required.
  • Apply the principles of teamwork in all aspects of providing patient care.
  • Exercise independent, professional judgment in the performance of breast imaging.

Requirements

">
  • Radiologic Technologist ARRT board certified.
  • Mammography ARRT board certified.
  • Must meet all ACR/FDA Personnel Qualifications.
  • Familiar with EPIC, Philips PACS, Hologic Mammography Equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Compassionate patient care skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
