Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Operate pharmacy equipment, including cash registers and related systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating equipment.
