Job Summary

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team at Tropical Smoothie Café. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled hospitality to our customers, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience. You will also be responsible for training and coaching our crew members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Train and coach crew members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Ensure that every station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Café's standards.
  • Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory.
  • Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café.
Requirements
  • Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
  • Experienced Tropical Smoothie Café Crew Member.
