We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. As a key member of our pulmonary medicine team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Practice in a 100% outpatient pulmonary setting, working with patients with asthma, pulmonary nodules, COPD, pulmonary infections, interstitial lung disease, and other pulmonary conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
