Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a clinical expert in hand therapy, you will play a vital role in crafting individualized treatment plans that enhance patients' functional independence.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing patient strengths and weaknesses, implementing effective care strategies, and providing ongoing support. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote a positive and motivating environment for patient recovery.
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy is required, with a doctorate degree preferred.
