We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.

  • Job Summary: In collaboration with the physician, provides care to new or established patients. Demonstrates autonomy through patient evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care.
  • Responsibilities: Orders testing as deemed necessary and remains proficient in interpreting results and prescribing appropriate medication and therapeutic regimen within the scope of practice of the nurse practitioner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Communicates effectively with collaborative physician, patient, PCP and referring staff through telephone or other means of correspondence.
  • Patient Education: Instills confidence in patient acting as their advocate by providing safe, ethical care and health education to the patient and their family in a language that they can understand.
