Job Title: High Voltage Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Maintenance Technician to join our team at the City of Santa Clara, CA. As a High Voltage Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high voltage substation equipment, power generation equipment, and industrial manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair high voltage substation equipment, power generation equipment, and industrial manufacturing facilities.
  • Perform inspections and tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Make repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Work with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Status as a journey level electrician.
  • Experience maintaining high voltage substation equipment, power generation equipment, or industrial manufacturing facilities.
  • Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license.
