Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at KTE Services. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing various medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia services to adult and pediatric patients
  • Administer anesthetic medications and monitor patient vital signs during procedures
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans to meet patient needs
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide patient education on anesthesia procedures

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a full, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
  • Experience providing anesthesia care in various medical settings
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthetic care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive base salary of $217,000-$260,000

  • A great call schedule with post-call off
  • A supportive care team model with supervision by anesthesiologists roughly 50% of the time
