Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician RBT

We are seeking a reliable and professional Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team at REACH Therapy Services LLC in Conway. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work in collaboration with our experienced therapists to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, and clinic settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral plans and strategies to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with therapists and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • RBT certification in Arkansas or ability to recertify in Arkansas quickly
  • Previous experience working as an RBT
  • Strong skills in teamwork, reliability, organization, communication, critical thinking, and conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong computer competency
