• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
• Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, making reservations, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
