**Position:** ETL Tester

**Location:** Remote (USA)

**Duration:** 12 Months

**Rate:** DOE

1. Develop and execute comprehensive ETL testing strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
2. Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
4. Develop and maintain ETL test plans, test cases, and test data management processes.
5. Provide estimation for testing efforts and contribute to the development of project timelines.
6. Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica and DataStage is highly desirable.
7. Develop automation scripts using Python and Selenium to streamline testing processes.
8. Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with Scrum frameworks.
9. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. Experience with full SDLC (Agile, Scrum) cycle, including user requirements gathering, user stories, narratives, product backlog, sprint planning, backlog grooming, use case design and analysis, scenarios, business processes, MS Visio, PowerPoint presentation, process flows, wireframes, technical documentation, QA, QC, and UAT activities.

• Extensive experience in ETL/data warehouse testing.
• Strong working experience in building complex SQL queries, data analysis, and data testing in BI/DW environments.
• Experience with UNIX commands, Autosys, and ETL concepts such as dimensions, facts, factless tables, SCD 1, SCD 2, joins, surrogate and primary keys, and 3NF.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica and DataStage.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
