About the Role
  • As a Sales Floor Consultant, you will be working directly with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
  • You will be required to attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
  • Business development is key to this role, with a minimum requirement of self-generated sales on a monthly basis.
  • You must be available to work evening and weekend appointments as needed.

As a direct seller independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own business incorporation, auto insurance, and other expenses.
