We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Burnett Therapeutic Services. As a key member of our behavioral therapy department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to children and families across Sonoma County.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, working closely with Behavior Technicians to develop and execute individualized treatment plans. You will also be responsible for conducting assessments, analyzing data, and providing written reports to ensure strategies remain effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services or working in a similar role
  • Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field
  • Ability to pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
