Join Our Team as a Wellness Nurse LPN/RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wellness Nurse LPN/RN to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Resident Services Department associates, assisting with medication programs, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians. You will also support the completion of resident assessments and service plans, assist with clinical assessments/recertifications, and participate in training and orientation programs.

Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the appropriate state(s)
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification
  • Two years full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience in assisted living or long-term care setting preferred
