We are in search of a Pharmacy Technician to assist in all operations of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy, primarily through the dispensing of medical prescriptions and performing essential clerical tasks under the direct oversight of a licensed pharmacist.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients and clinic staff members.
- Process prescription orders and prepare them for verification under the direct supervision of the licensed pharmacist.
- Order, receive, and manage incoming pharmacy supplies.
- Handle and process wholesaler medication orders.
- Verify medication inventory and input data into the system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Perform various clerical tasks related to the department.
- Exhibit strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Complete other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Bilingual (preferably Hmong & Karen).
