We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at FPI Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our properties.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
- Inspect properties and common areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and complete maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant apartments to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
- Repair and maintain equipment owned by the apartment community.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all FPI policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within residential property management.
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate required. Industry certification or designation preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and property management-related software.
- Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction.
- Industry certification or designation (CAMT, NAHMS, NAHMT).
- Proficient in Google Drive, Google Mail, and internet use.
