Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of our apartment community. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive and enjoy fostering relationships with both colleagues and residents. If you have a passion for maintaining high standards, we would love to have you as part of our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, including management offices and landscaping, by conducting daily inspections.
  • Maintain mail rooms by keeping them tidy and organized.
  • Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as necessary.
  • Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems and replace filters as scheduled.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness of the pool area and common spaces.
  • Assist the Lead Service Manager or Service Technician with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance or a similar field.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Availability for on-call duties to address after-hours emergencies.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for this position.
