The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Champion to join our team at The O2, Greenwich. As a Guest Service Champion, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth front of house functions, and creating surprise and delight moments for our guests.
