About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Evernorth Direct Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide primary care treatment in an employer-based setting, working closely with employees to promote their overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide episodic care for low-acuity urgent care needs
  • Offer extended episodic acute care, including 4-5 visits for illnesses or injuries with limited chronicity
  • Collaborate with employees to provide biometric screening and health and wellness education
  • Oversee and perform CLIA-waived tests, dispense prescription medications, and manage specimen collection labs
  • Develop and implement health coaching programs to promote employee wellness
  • Partner with local HR and benefits teams to improve employee health outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an internal medicine or family practice setting
  • Electronic health record experience
  • Occupational health experience, including pre-employment physicals
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
