We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Sales Representative at our Clemmons, North Carolina location.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with pets and their owners, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience. As a Pet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect products for their pets, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise and moving products from the stockroom as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the management team to drive sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience: Preferred
  • Animal Lover: A passion for working with animals and a willingness to learn about pet care and welfare is essential.
