Innova Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Assembler.

Position Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months, with potential for contract-to-hire

Location: Tempe, AZ

As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

• Executing a diverse range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, which may involve precise manual work or the use of automated production machinery.
• Interpreting and understanding various technical specifications, terminology, and documentation.
• Determining and adhering to methods and sequences of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Making setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances in accordance with blueprint specifications.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
• 2nd Shift (2:15 PM – 11:45 PM)

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $19 - $20.90 per hour

*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on various factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
