Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $108,160 - $124,320, based on a hourly rate of $52.00 - $58.00.

Job Description: As a Physical Therapist with Matrix Providers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and preparing written treatment programs, administering manual exercises, and instructing patients on various physical activities. You will also be responsible for recording treatment progress and coordinating with physicians and other staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in physical therapy or a Baccalaureate degree in physical therapy (for graduates before January 1, 2002). You should also be a graduate from a college or university approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) and hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist. Additionally, you should have Basic Life Support Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
