About the Role:

Gentiva is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide personalized care to individuals in need, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also administer medications and monitor vital signs, creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients. In collaboration with healthcare professionals, you will develop and implement care plans, maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and reporting any changes or concerns.

Responsibilities:
