Assembler Job Description

Spherion is seeking skilled Assemblers to work in our manufacturing facility. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for reading job orders and schematics to assemble cables and electrical components using hand tools and air tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and assemble cable using crimping and wiring striping tools
  • Build complex cable and harness systems per schematics and work order
  • Wrap and tie wires at designated points
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree required
  • Ability to accurately use measuring and hand tools
  • Basic math skills
Working Conditions:

As an Assembler, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying shifts available. You will be required to work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
