Job Summary

The Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) is a key leadership position at Clarest Health, responsible for overseeing the safe and effective operation of our pharmacy services. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, laws, and standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Ensure the hiring, training, and development of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, including the DEA, Board of Pharmacy, Department of Health, and FDA.
  • Productivity Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the pharmacy, including inventory management, dispensing, and packaging.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Active and in good standing Missouri Board of Pharmacy License.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
