Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Supervise and direct technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to technicians.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Perform other duties as required, including job functions outside of normal responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Crew Chief or Lead Technician in a restoration company.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) from the IICRC.
