We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team at 3rd & Cherry in downtown Macon. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing all served food to the highest standards
  • Planning food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
  • Memorizing and recording menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
  • Following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in cooking or culinary arts, knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated to be around $55,000 per year based on industry standards and location. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
