We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Driver Ambassador for TFR Transit Inc. As a Driver Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable ride experience for our passengers while showcasing the community and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a variety of electric vehicles, including GEMS, Sedans, and Vans, to transport passengers safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers with a smile, answering questions, and making their ride an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness by performing pre- and post-vehicle inspections.
- Assist passengers with directions and provide information about local attractions and points of interest.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver's license required.
- A passion for customer service and working with the public.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, including Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM.
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including summer and winter months.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per vehicle manufacturer specifications.
- A fun and flexible work environment.
- Hourly base rate of $21.00 per hour plus tips.
- Full-time employees eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
