Job Summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to support RF analysis for Space collection and analysis on behalf of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).

The selected individual will have a strong background in Aerospace analysis and Communications. A background in Signals Analysis and RF enabled cyber capabilities is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and reporting of FISINT telemetry data; specifically for Space, UAV (Air), and Ballistic Missile signals of interest
  • Produce written and verbal assessments of foreign platforms/systems to the customer
  • Perform target system analysis
  • Reverse engineer telemetry data transmitted by various systems to determine performance capabilities and characteristics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering with Aero emphasis preferred or other engineering disciplines and 3+ years of related experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience with FISINT telemetry data
  • Understanding of NSA Collection and Analysis policies and programs
  • Experience with data collection, organization, and integration

Preferred Requirements

  • RF reverse engineering experience
  • Expertise in Space, FISINT collection and analysis
  • Experience coding in MATLAB and/or Python
  • Experience with Satellite Tool Kit (STK) or knowledge of orbital mechanics
