Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized nursing care in alignment with the physician's care plan.
  • Monitor and report significant changes in the client's health status to the family and clinical management.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to obtain necessary physician orders for evolving care needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate care plan, including medication profiles.
  • Document care activities thoroughly and accurately during each shift.
  • Provide guidance and emotional support to clients and their families.

Compensation:
Competitive pay rates based on experience:
  • Registered Nurse (RN): $40.25 per hour
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Competitive hourly rate based on experience
