- Admit, transfer, and discharge patients.
- Complete ongoing patient assessment and document according to policy.
- Develop patient plan of care to include patient problems, goals, evaluations, and interventions.
- Collaborate and work cooperatively with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications per policy.
