Job Title: Clinical Review Specialist

Actalent is seeking a skilled Clinical Review Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records from all 5 states, abstracting 6 medical records per hour, and ensuring data abstraction at 95% accuracy. You will work closely with the Quality Department to audit EMRs and ensure compliance with standards of patient care set forth by the insurance company.

Responsibilities:

- Review medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Abstract medical data from records to ensure 95% accuracy
- Audit EMRs to ensure compliance with standards of patient care
- Work closely with the Quality Department to ensure data quality and accuracy

Requirements:

- Strong clinical knowledge and experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
